After watching the above speech video, please answer the following questions: 
Think of a time when you had a disagreement with another person. Describe the situation and the basic content of the disagreement. Why is it hard to listen to someone with whom you disagree? Why is it important that you listen, even though listening is hard in these situations? What steps can you take to listen better when you disagree with the other? Give examples from the disagreement you previously discussed as you answer these questions.
