I don’t understand with Mr. Thomas being with the company for 10 years, not realize the position he could possibly put himself into. I feel if the secretary was not interested, he should’ve got back to work and apologized to her. I do however, will like to know what was the jury point of view? The judges point of view? How not for one minute they never considered any part of this harassment? Even if it wasn’t sexually, it still should been some type of harassment.
