For your discussion thread this week, you must locate a *scholarly article regarding Police Liability.  *A “Scholarly article” is one that is usually found within a Journal, that has been published, and that has original research associated with it.  Please use the Saint Leo online library for the best way to locate an article (the library is a link in your home page of this course shell).
The article must NOT be older than 2000, so articles dated 2000 to the present only, please ~ thank you!
