From Chapter 10 inLeadership: Theory and Practice, read the instructions for the Servant Leadership Questionnaire (SLQ). Complete the SLQ as a self-assessment and ask a professional colleague to assess you using the SLQ. Use the “Servant Leadership Questionnaire Matrix” to document your results.
Follow the directions for scoring the questionnaires. On the matrix, indicate the degree to which you exhibit the seven behaviors that are characteristic of a servant leader. Write a 100-150 word reflection for each characteristic.
APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
