In Chapter 4 and in previous chapters we discuss the role of the public health department. There is conflicting views on whether a pubic health department should provide direct care. Discuss your opinion as to whether a health department should provide direct care or not and support with an outside quality source. A quality source is one that ends in .gov, .edu, is a peer reviewed journal article, or a quality website such as Mayo Clinic. Blogs are not considered quality sources.
