Return-to-Work Program
You are a new employee at XYZ Construction, and your manager asked you to recommend a return-to-work program to share with the organization. The program should contain ways to effectively reduce workers’ compensation costs by facilitating ways to return injured workers to the workplace as soon as possible with meaningful work within their physical capabilities.
Please include the following components, at minimum, within your program:

Scope
Reporting requirements
Responsibilities
List of modified tasks
Training

Within your proposal, identify types of injuries that are Occupational Safety and Health Administration reportable. Are all OSHA reportable injuries workers’ compensation reportable? Why, or why not? Include an example to support your argument.
