Research on claims of mental instability and its effect on crime. The mass killings, parents killing babies, and bullying that turns violent over the past few years in America is what drew me to this topic. I mainly want to address how some claim mental illness and them displaying it or just claiming it to get away with murder.  This are the criteria I am required to follow:
