D.J is a 26 year Caucasian male who complained of having panic attack more often and tries to stay indoors more because of that. This has been going on for a month. Pt said he lost his cousin and since then it has been worse. He has also put on more weight due to his depression. Pt is a musician and gets panic attack while performing in front of people. Pt takes weeds to combat this situation. He lives with 2 roommates and a girlfriend. His medication list was revisited, and Prozac was added. He is to follow up in a months time.
