Instruction- 
Read the chapter. Take notes and/or annotate. Identify main ideas, key terms, respond to the text, identify topic sentences, outline the chapter.
5) Process your learning. Create a visual organizer, Cornell notes, or a Powerpoint presentation that creates a comprehensive summary of the contents of the chapter. If you are able to create a solid outline in Step 4, this should simply be a processing of the outlining, turning it into a new form.
