Overview

This assignment helps the student to reflect on facts relevant to globalization and brand identity. It is intended to integrate individual study with everyday living. Perhaps challenge what we may value the most in terms of products we purchase or may consider purchasing.

Task

Each student will reflect and write in his/her own words a one-page description of what “made in the USA” means to you and give an example of a product with such label that you can find at home. Add a picture of the product and label to your paper. Grading Rubric

The most important result of this exercise is the delivery of reflection on the subject. No further research is mandatory. Specific areas to be graded:

Paper – This is an individual assignment to be completed as scheduled on Connect. Submit the assignment in MS-Word. This assignment does not require a Title Page nor in-text citations or References page. Word count should be between 200-300 words.
