Part 1:
Compare and contrast 3 leadership theories.

Describe which leadership theory best describes your CURRENT leadership style.
Discuss how study of leadership theory might influence your FUTURE leadership style.

Part 2:
Analyze the various leadership models and constructs. Explain which model and/or construct you will apply in a healthcare scenario of your choice, e.g. current position or a presumptive position of your design.
Part 3:
Interview a current leader regarding his/her leadership style, theory, model and/or construct. Inquire how, or if, this has developed over the course of his/her career. What has been most influential in the development of his/her style? Include at least 2 more questions of your design.
Part 4:
Compose a statement of personal leadership style based on theory.
