“Management analysis and decision making” and the required reading
material and write a 4- to 5-page paper in which you will address the
following:
The last part of the
case study includes 5 points that should be used as a basis for your
conversation with your managers and supervisors. As a preparation to that
meeting, prepare a 3-4 pages paper in which you will address each of the five
points. Then, in 1-2 pages explain:
1.
What kind of decision
do you face?
2.
What are some of your
decision-making challenges?

Step 1: Go back and take a look at the article

You don’t have to read
the whole article!! Please read from the heading The Organizational Engineering
(OE) Paradigm and STOP when you get to The TRIZ / OE “Bi-System.”
Step 2: Take your best guess as to your top two
“Strategic Processing Styles.” Which seems to be your
“primary” or No. 1 style, and which is your No. 2 style? You know
yourself best, so this should be a highly educated guess!

describe you best? Are you more of a:
RS = Reactive
Stimulator,
LP = Logical

HA = Hypothetical

your top two styles combine to give you a “Strategic Pattern.” See
whether the combination of your top two styles makes you a:

Performer
Step 4: Please write a 2- to 3-page essay in
which you answer this question:
How do you think your
top two “Strategic Processing Styles” and your “Strategic
Pattern” affect your communications and decision making at work?

graded based on the following criteria: Precision, Clarity, Breadth, Depth,
Grammar/Vocabulary, Referencing, and Application.

references list.
