Please apply a Porter’s Five Forces analysis to the industry your company operates in to determine whether it is, or is not, attractive and profitable. Please make certain to analyze the impact of each force on the industry. (Please also make certain that you describe each force and its impact in paragraph format and that you explain why it erodes or enhances the profits of your company).
