Summary and Analysis Assignment
MBTI, Big Five, and Emotional Intelligence
Step 1: Identify and discuss your Individual assessment results; this part
can be placed in an appendix. However, it should be well-written and thorough.
Individual students who do not complete or fail to provide well-developed step
1, will receive a grade reduction consistent with their contribution. For
example, providing only your scores will result in receiving 25% of the overall
assignment grade.
Directions: Provide very specific and detailed explanations when
responding to the following questions. Be sure to refer to your results (be
specific) and the readings/lectures (be detailed: cite course material). The responses should
