In your 2 and a half pages proposal, you are to provide the following information:

 Introduction “ what this proposal is about.
Project background “ describe and summarize the project research you have gained from your literature review.
Project goal “ what your work will accomplish; what value it will bring.
Project activities, scope, and deliverables “ what youre going to do, what deliverables you will create, and with what programs. 
Any other sections or information you feel are necessary to make the proposal complete and professional.
