Unit 3 AS: Real Evidence
Research any pertinent federal or state court case, where real evidence was the focus of the dispute. In addition to summarizing the case, be sure to address the following questions:
1) Defend or dispute the Courts holding in this case.  
2) Discuss the impact of this case with respect to future cases.   
3) Has your state adopted this ruling as primary and mandatory law?
