For this assignment, which is due before midnight on Sunday, you’ll be creating a Powerpoint or Google Slide presentation for fictitious (or real) tweens, teenagers or parents of tweens or teenagers.
For each slide, please don’t copy & paste from the textbook or my lecture slides.  Make this your own, using your own words, and supplementary photos or images (from Google images is fine…that’s what I do!).
After you create your presentation, you can either attach your slides (PDF format is best), or you can send a URL to your presentation if you saved it in the cloud.  
Here’s what you’ll need to cover (1-2 slides per bullet point):

Describe puberty & why it occurs 
Describe the main timeframes of puberty for boys & girls – including specific changes like growth spurts, body changes and body image changes
Explain how the endocrine system is involved in the puberty process, listing specific hormonal changes that occur during puberty and how they affect both boys and girls
Discuss why adolescence is a critical juncture in terms of health & lifestyle patterns
Discuss why adolescents take more risks, and what can be done to keep them safe 
Discuss the importance and recommendations for nutrition for adolescents
Discuss the importance and recommendations for sports and exercise for adolescents 
Discuss the importance and recommendations for sleep for adolescents
