This topic is a little broad, so it is helpful to specify the domain – e.g., is charging willingness-to-pay wrong in times of acute shortage, for inelastic goods, for medical needs, etc.? Are there forms of price discrimination that are unacceptable? It might help to use a format similar to Short Paper #1 and explain why an alternative position (can/must do it under the circumstances you suggest) is unsatisfactory. Your answer can be that it is never wrong, but then you should consider some of the strongest examples from class and explain why they are acceptable.
