If both files are close to that date then look at the Project total cost (Project>Project Information>Statistics) and choose the cheapest.3. Once your file is chosen to use for Part 4, save file under a new name to do part 4. Then Save it as a baseline. You will need to change the default chart from the Cost report to monthly and for project level, so make sure you carefully read the Part C instructions.4.
