Basis of Admission NOT obtained AND subsequent “F”s or post-census withdrawals
Note: The student was withdrawn due to insufficient basis and subsequently earned an “F” or “WF” in a future term. The FA SAP status is due to lack of basis (W or WF) and to a failed course.
Your written statement must include:
Q An explanation as to what special circumstance has contributed to your failing the course
Q An explanation of what you have changed or will change going forward to prevent future failure to meet standard academic progress

Please note that this is not a complete list of possible reasons for a student to appeal a FA SAP suspension status. If you have questions regarding a specific situation, please contact your regional SFS Team for further guidance. The SFS Operations team may need to request additional documentation or information pertaining to a submitted SAP Appeal.
