You only need in text citations if you are paraphrasing or quoting something from the podcast. I typically go to youtube and type in healthcare and whatever it is I am talking about and then podcast. I look for the shorter ones but then again you can always read the transcript instead of listening to it, which is a lot faster for the twenty minute ones.
