Food Truck Building Blocks
The purpose of this assignment is to draw on the concepts from this week’s material to design a successful food truck start-up company. In the process, you must think about the functional-level strategies that are most important for you to build upon.
You will be acting as the CEO for a food truck start-up business called Taco Fun. Your job, as the CEO of this small start-up company, is to identify the functional-level strategies that are most important to build upon to grow a loyal customer base. You must design a plan for the internal processes to ensure those competencies are built within the company.
You should research the food truck business, identify the functional organization of the business, identify a functional-level strategy for each of the four building blocks of competitive advantage (efficiency, quality, innovation, and customer responsiveness), and submit one page per building block (four pages total) identifying your strategy, as well as who will carry it out and how it will be implemented.
