Assignment , Fiscal Condition Analysis is the third data-based assignment.  It also is the most extensive, requiring five (5) sets of computations and tables and charts.  
Also, and this is very important, I expect by now professional table and chart formats and analysis.  I also expect data to be accurately computed and precise.  Check and recheck the computations.  The analysis should focus on (1) trends, and the (2) significance and (3) implications of the trends See comments at the end of the assignment.
