Final Project
You will complete a Final Project in which you will analyze an
organizations HR functions and how they relate to the organizations strategic
initiatives, as well as how those activities relate to Saint Leo Universitys
School of Business Common Body of Knowledge (CBK).
You will post a formal project proposal to the Discussion Board
by the conclusion of Module 2. You should, therefore, begin thinking now about
which organization you want to focus on for your project. The proposal will
include the following information about the organization:

Type of organization
(e.g., manufacturing; do not include the actual name)
Primary nature of the
work performed
Size (revenue and number
of employees)
Location (where the
organization typically conducts business)
Your connection to the
organization
How you will obtain your
information
How you will verify the
match between the HR activities and organizational strategies
Use of the CBK areas
