Most unmanned systems can be equipped with recording devices. Whether or not the recording of a private citizen, someone’s home, or a business or facility is considered an invasion of privacy could depend on where the unmanned system operator lives.

Search for a current law related to any of the following topics that could possibly be used in a case for or against the use of an unmanned system: privacy, surveillance, trespassing, nuisance, stalking, data protection, personal information, sensitive information, intellectual property, critical infrastructure facilities, etc. If you don’t live in the U.S., search the statutes for any U.S. state or for a law from your country or province. 
Write a 300-word post identifying and describing the law and its pertinent sections. Explain how the law could be used in a hypothetical court case involving an unmanned system, either to prosecute or defend your hypothetical situation.
