After viewing the short video clip of a news report involving the drowning of a special needs student drowning write a one page reflection.  
Include case law to support your opinion as to whether (or not) the school is liable for this very unfortunate situation.  What policies and procedures would you, as the principal, put into place to ensure that something of this nature does not occur in the future?
