Computers and other digital devices have rapidly increased their processing power as well as the amount of memory for storage of your digital files. Cell phones of today have the processing speed and memory of computers from a few years ago. This week you look at computers and mobile devices, as well as their components such as processors, memory, and more. Next week you will continue to look at computers and mobile devices, emphasizing their operating systems and software.

Read Module 3, “Computers and Mobile Devices: Evaluating Options for Home and Work,” pages 3-1 through 3-37.
