Please be very detailed and stay focused on the task

ADP 6-22 is Army Leadership and the Profession.  Page 1-15 discusses the Army Leadership Requirement Model.  Read pages 1-15 and 1-16 and discuss what attribute or competency you think is the most important in leadership and why.  The attributes and competencies are explained in greater detail later in the ADP.  Try to give some historical examples to strengthen your argument.  These attributes and competencies carry over into the business world as well.  If your example is outside the military that is acceptable.  Your journal entries will be at least 250 words and respond to two of your classmates.
