In fact, business has increased to the point where new partners or staff might be considered.  The three partners are exhausted and need some help.   A new partner would bring capital of $1,000,000 to the firm and additional opportunities.  Remembering the mentors who helped the three of you, you decide to consider, instead, a new graduate program. You decide to hire three new

A potential partner would need to accumulate at least one million dollars to join”you would work with the candidate to help them accumulate such wealth. Evaluate this situation and develop a recommendation for further action.  Consider the resulting reduction in the partner share of the business, what you might have the associates doing, and what the partner role is.
