Go to McDonalds and ChikFilA (not the ChikFilA in the student center.)  Write down all the differences you see in service design.  The Service portion of a business deals with the period of time that the customer and the firm interact, either face to face, online, through an app, over the phone, etc.  What’s different in the interaction and the way the company has set up the business to deal with that encounter?
