Process Flowcharting Assessment
In this assessment you are required to create a process flowchart, choose a product or service process flow you think it needs to be improved,follow these instructions:

Use the excel sheet or word doc to do this task ( insert shapes will help you to start ) .
Draw the process on scratch of paper before starting your final work.
Searchonlineif you need extra information about the processes for specific product or service.
Use the common symbols provided in the course materials ( chapter 6 ).
Define the process start and end points.
After analyzing the issues in the process, in writing givetwo to three recommendations ( changes ) that you think it will improve the process flow.
Upload your document including your name, student ID , course CRN.
