I would have to say that I valued the section on getting ready for an inspection and what to expect from the OSHA inspector at the time of inspection.  In all my years of working for the military, I have never been involved in an OSHA inspection until recently.  Just last month we had a call on the complaint to OSHA about the smell of bats dropping in one of the buildings.  We already had a public health assessment in work for this problem so no violation, citation, or penalty was accessed.
