What was the organizational culture like? How would you categorize the corporate culture (ad-hoc, clan, hierarchy, market)? Why? How did the corporate culture align with the values outlined in Chapter 5.2? How did the organizational culture impact your perceptions and experiences at work?
Have you ever encountered any of the “seven symptoms of the failure of ethical leadership” outlined in Chapter 5.2? How was the situation handled?
