The facilitator will assign them a case study related to Personality Disorders for their final presentation. Students will analyze the case using all the techniques learned during the course related to the therapeutic process and all its steps. They will determine a diagnosis from the DSM-5, create the client’s bio-psycho-social history and reach a consensus on which diagnosis or diagnoses are applicable to the case. Once the analysis is completed, students will create a client treatment plan with objectives and goals, identify any ethical dilemmas, and also discuss with the client when the therapeutic relationship will end.
