1. Type a minimum 2 page double spaced paper not counting the cover page, table of
contents and reference pages.
2. Write a minimum 2 page paper developing a Risk Management plan using the
components we have discussed in class.
The plan must include and have a Paragraph section for each of the 6 areas listed below:
1. qualitative and quantitative analysis
2. response planning
3. monitoring and control with a specific goal directive.
4. Methodology
5. Budget
6. Timetable
There must also be a training directive initiative outline for all employees, Make sure the
risk plan has a format to describe the plan along with a tracking document.
