• Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each approach and which American Society for Quality (ASQ) tool
is appropriate for presenting the results in the different approaches.
• Relating to the advantages and disadvantages, how would the quality management team decide on the ASQ tool to present the results for greater understanding of the quality situation?
