Critical thinking and problem solving has help me the most. Because
this theory allows me to see the diversity of things and allows me to
look at problems and solve problems more comprehensively. Make
full use of this ability, I will be more relaxed when working with others
in the future, and I will come up with more solutions to problems.
In the motivation and goal-setting. I learned that both extrinsic and
intrinsic motivation are important, but intrinsic motivation is the one
that unlocks the most potential. Of course, when there are good
extrinsic factors, you gain satisfaction and autonomy in your actions,
and finally an extrinsic autonomous motivation is formed. The most
important thing is to make us feel autonomous, empowered and
connected
to
others
(Deci
&
Ryan,1985).
According
to
Education/Career Motivation Scale score, I am an extrinsically
motivated person. When I use critical thinking, extrinsic temptation
has a rare influence. So autonomy is the most important.
In general, every time I face new problems in the future, I will think
more and more comprehensively to think about countermeasures
and results. Simultaneously assume multiple scenarios and
solutions.
