Late submission of the assessment will result in a late penalty mark. Penalties for late submission: Up to one week late, maximum mark of 40%. Over one week late, 0%. Only the Extenuating Circumstances Panel may approve a change to submission dates.

TASK DESCRIPTION
BACKGROUND/INTRODUCTION
Planning is an essential activity in many of the complex jobs in business and work organisations of the
modern world. As this complexity increases, the need for systematic planning is much more important
John Ashton, project manager of Megabyte Software, Inc., wants you to prepare a network diagram for their software development project titled Colour Printer Driver Software Project. You will receive a bonus of 100 a day for completing the project earlier than project deadline estimated from critical path. The contract also contains a penalty clause in which you will lose 80 for each day the project takes longer than estimated deadline. The activity time estimates and their dependencies are shown below in the table:
