This week you will follow up on the ECERS assignment you completed last week by creating an action plan. To begin, review the assignment you submitted last week, and identify a minimum of 8 Items that need improvement. For each of the 8 items, include:
1. The name of the item
2. A brief explanation of what you observed, and what score the item received
3. A discussion of what could be done to improve the score. Provide details, and use information from the ECERS and/or your course text to support your ideas.
APA requirements for this assignment are as follows: Title page (no headings need to be included); pages numbered; overall APA formatting with one inch margins, double spacing, and recommended font. No reference page is required if you only use your course texts. Please cite any outside sources appropriately if you use them.
