The reading this module/week examines leadership communication and diversity as it relates to leadership. Reflect on leaders you have had in the past, leaders you have now, or leaders you have read about, and select a leader who communicated well with a diverse group of followers. Describe that leader’s behavior and explain why you thought their communication was especially effective. What guidelines can you develop from the leader’s behavior for communicating with diverse groups? How are your guidelines the same or different from the guidelines for leading strategic conversations in your textbook? 
Each thread must be 300 words, demonstrate course-related knowledge, and include at least 3 references (1 scholarly reference, 1 reference to a course textbook, and 1 reference to the Bible). First-person voice is acceptable. Your thread must be in current APA format and must include a reference list. No title page or abstract are needed.
