Students will delve further into a topic that interests them by researching and writing a short research paper (minimum of 750 words, excluding references) in response to specific prompts.  All questions must be addressed completely for full credit. These questions are more in depth than the typical discussion questions following each investigation and involve use of multiple external resources to find evidence supporting ideas and responses.
