Utilize the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Labor-Management Standards (Links to an external site.).
Review the major Articles of Agreement for both collective bargaining agreements.
For each collective bargaining agreement, identify what you believe is the most important Article.
Discuss the rationale for your choice of Articles and compare/contrast the two Articles.
Follow APA style format.
Include in-text reference citation and a References page in APA format.
