Research literature reviews from peer reviewed articles on the lactose strand in beta galactosidase. I am trying to find how can people who are lactose intolerant enjoy dairy products as well. In order for them to enjoy dairy products we must alter the lactose strand.  You must find the articles from either PubMed or Google Scholar.
