In class we discussed the Maverick Advantage and the expectation that each student will complete three of the five distinguishing activities (leadership, service, undergraduate research, global engagement, and career development) prior to graduation.  The five distinguishing activities are an important component of your UTA experience and will help set you apart from your peers.
