Fraud can be explained by three factors:
· Supply of motivated offenders.
· Availability of suitable targets.
· Absence of capable guardians (e.g., internal controls).
1) Conduct some research on an individual who was found guilty of fraud “ did that individual meet  the three factors that contribute to fraud?
2) What suggestions would you make to management to determine if an employee is operating with integrity.
