The student will provide a five-point action plan for dealing with the specific “sticking point” identified for their workplace or organization. The response will be consistent with the instruction provided by Haydn Shaw in “Sticking Points: How to Get 4 Generations Working Together in the 12 Places They Come Apart.”The student will discuss how they would use the “Five (5) Action Points” plan proposed by Haydn Shaw inSticking Points. For each part of the action plan, the student needs to describe how they would use each part to IMPROVE the sticking point within their organization.
