Counterterrorism Measures
The Bush and Obama Administrations have taken substantial actions to increase executive powers in the face of terrorism. Some people believe that some of the counterterrorism methods violate the Fourth and Fifth Amendments.

Using  valid sources on the Internet, research and describe each of the programs listed below.

Cite the ones, if any, which you believe are violations of constitutional protections.

 Explain how and why you arrived at these conclusions. If a program is deemed to be a violation, should it, in your opinion, be allowed anyway?
