Use the “Health Equity Report Card tool” on the Salud America website to generate a report about healthcare outcomes for Latinos in your area. Just select your state and county, and the report card will be automatically generated. After reviewing this local report card, select one healthcare access issue (e.g. Access to Primary and Prenatal Care Rate) and one Physical and Mental Health issue (e.g. diabetes, depression) and examine how using health advocates can address positive public health policy for each issue facing Latinos.
