Dear Students This document provides some examples on how to structure your JOR (Journal of Reflections) for Assignment 3. Each of your reflective journal should include elements of Describe, Disclose and Decide. Table 1 Columns 1 and 2 (subjective and objective reflection) shows how you can structure your thoughts and develop your reflective journal. For column 3 (your reflections & language use examples) you then provide your reflections. For example this could be an entry in Journal of Reflection Week 1: In Week 1, I am reflecting on “am I creative?”. Creativity is….My group members suggested that they were creative. But I want to measure my own creativity objectively. I worked for a supply chain management group in…. My job was process focussed in that creativity tended to be discouraged in my role. The lack of creativity made the tasks monotonous and I resigned after 6 months. I want to explore my creativity by…. You don’t always have to use words. You can use diagrams and other creative and analytic sources to reflect. Your total word length for all your journals should be less than 1000 (you have a 100?word limit allowance above 1000 under the Business School policy). In Table 2, Tony and I have shared some themes that you can use to reflect for the various weeks. Please keep your reflections simple.
