Students will analyze a policy of choice using a Value Based Criterion” / Ethical Rationale model and the Six Step Policy Analysis Framework defined and described in the text “by Bruce Jansson, chapters: 2, 7 and 8. See Haynes & Mickelson text, Chapter 5 also.
The paper must include the following headings:

Introduction

a. Legislation
b. Explanation of Model to Be Used (Value Based Criterion)

Policy Analysis (all six steps included) Ch.7
Policy Evaluation (using the Consumer Outcome, Economic, & Feasibility Criterias)
Recommendations
Conclusion
